1. Sign into online banking
2. Under Mortgage & loans, choose the mortgage you’d like to increase
3. Click the More icon and choose Request a mortgage increase from the dropdown menu
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to visit our old banking site
5. Complete the required questions and click Next
6. Review your responses
   
7. Click Confirm

1. Download the Manulife Bank app for your Apple or Android device and sign into the app
2. Tap More in the main menu, then More Bank Services, then Request a Mortgage Increase
3. Review and update your contact information, including your phone number and email address
4. Select the account you want to request and increase on (if you have more than one)
5. Complete the required questions
6. Review your responses
7. Tap Confirm

After you apply, we’ll reach out in one to two business days to review your application. We may need additional information to finalize the changes to your mortgage.
