Whether you’re paying a friend back for lunch, sending money to family or pitching in towards a group gift, an Interac e-Transfer® makes it quick and easy to move money between your account and another person’s. While you never have to pay to receive an Interac e-Transfer, fees may apply when you send one.

What does it cost to send an Interac e-Transfer?

The cost depends on the account you use to send your Interac e-Transfer:

Advantage Account (Canadian dollar only) Nothing if your balance is at least $1,000. If not, it is $1 each time
Access Line of Credit $1 each time
Access Line of Credit Plus $1 each time
