Canadian brokers are eligible to receive compensation as a finders fee relating to the placement of U.S. business through ClearSource.

Manulife recognizes the contribution and involvement of the Canadian broker and the relationship he/she has with the client. As such, compensation is available as part of the overall Canadian compensation structure.

Canadian brokers are eligible to receive $125 USD (payable in Canadian funds) per U.S. employee. Total compensation relating to the U.S. group is payable in Canadian funds, as part of the overall Canadian compensation structure and is payable directly to the Canadian broker by Manulife.

• whether or not the plan member has provincial coverage
