Your sub-account type and term options are listed in the renewal agreement we recently mailed you. This agreement also includes information about interest rates as well as the terms and conditions.

If you don’t have a renewal agreement, select Call me to renew my sub-account and we’ll contact you to complete your renewal.

Did you know you can renew eligible Manulife One term sub-accounts in the Manulife Bank mobile app?1

Follow these steps to renew your sub-account in the mobile app:

  1. Download Manulife Bank for your iOS or Android device and sign into the app
  2. Tap More in the main menu, then More Bank Services, then Mortgage Renewal
  3. Review and update your contact information, including your phone number and email address
  4. Select the account you want to renew (if you have more than one)
  5. Select your new sub-account type and term
  6. Consent to the terms and conditions
  7. Tap Submit

Your new sub-account term will be reflected in your account details one business day after the scheduled renewal date of your current term.
