In the event of a Canada Post labour disruption, our mailing services will be impacted.

Online and mobile banking options

Take advantage of online and mobile banking to transfer money, pay bills, review your transactions and statements, and deposit cheques (mobile only).
In the meantime, avoid sending time-sensitive items through Canada Post until a new contract is announced.

  • Don’t have the mobile banking app yet? Now’s a great time to check it out - and put your banking in your pocket.
  • Did you know you can securely upload documents while using online banking? Simply sign into your account at manulifebank.ca, select Products & services and then Upload documents from the left side menu. The next selection of Launch site will open a secure site where you can follow the prompts to upload and submit your documents.
  • Your ManulifeMONEY+TM Visa* credit card statements are available electronically! If you haven't already done so, you can view your credit card statements through your ManulifeMONEY+ Visa – call us at 1-844-323-7053 if you need any help.
