Changes to the general terms for your mortgage account

The following Manulife One and Manulife Bank Select General Terms have been updated:

• Manulife One General Terms (WM1036)
• Manulife Bank Select General Terms (AB0595)

The revised versions now include one or more of the following updates:

• The Access Card Policy to enhance clarity and to reflect Manulife Bank’s voluntary commitment to the Canadian Code of Practice for Consumer Debit Card Services. This creates alignment with the Code’s standards and reinforces our dedication to providing the high level of consumer protection it affords.
• The Manulife One General Terms have been updated to reflect regulatory changes to NSF fees, specifically in scenarios when the client chooses to convert their Manulife One into a bank account once it has been paid in full.
