Changes to the operating agreement for your deposit account

The following deposit Operating Agreements have been updated:

• Personal Account Operating Agreement (AB0169)
• Business Account Operating Agreement (AB0319)
• All-In Banking Package Operating Agreement (MP1044766)

The revised versions now include one or more of the following updates:

• Updates made to the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) section to provide clarity regarding the Agency's role in the complaint handling process
• Inclusion of the 10-business day cancellation rights for GICs.
• Adding the Interac e-Transfer® security answer to the Liability section
