You can renew your mortgage online by logging into your Manulife Bank account or the Manulife Bank mobile app and follow the instructions for online banking and mobile banking renewals. You can also contact us to get help figuring out which mortgage term and type is right for you.

You can renew an eligible mortgage at competitive rates by signing in to your Manulife Bank account.1
After logging into your account, start your renewal by choosing one of these options:
- Click the Renew you mortgage/sub account now banner in your account dashboard
- Click Renew mortgage on your Account details page
- Using the main navigation panel to select Products and services and Renew your mortgage

After you submit your renewal decision, we’ll mail you a letter with details when your mortgage or sub-account matures.

- Tap Get started on the on-screen pop-up message that will appear when you login.
- Tap Renew your mortgage now on your account dashboard.
- Tap More bank services and Renew your mortgage in the bottom navigation menu.

Your new term will be reflected in your account details one business day after the scheduled renewal date of your current term.
