How to send a wire transfer

When sending a wire transfer, there are a lot of specific details you need to include to ensure we can process your transfer as quickly as possible. And depending on where you’re sending a wire transfer to, the required information will vary.

Please review the information below and ensure you have everything covered before submitting your wire transfer request. We’re required by regulation to collect all the listed information to understand the complete nature of the transaction, the involved parties, and reasons for the transfer.

Once you’ve collected the details, there are two ways to submit your wire transfer request:

Sending a wire transfer to a currency exchange service provider or to purchase cryptocurrency

If you’re sending money to a currency/foreign currency exchange service provider, to a cryptocurrency exchange, or to purchase cryptocurrency, we need the full details for the company you’re sending money to (company name, address, contact info, banking details, etc.). We also require the final recipient details (full name, address, contact info, banking details, relationship to the final recipient, etc.).

If you don’t provide this information when requesting your transfer, it could cause delays. To initiate this type of wire, call us at 1-877-765-2265.
