You can schedule tax payments from more than one Manulife Bank business account if you wish, up to 365 days before they’re due. Provided you have sufficient funds available, you can make any size payment you want – there’s no minimum or maximum amount. Passwords, encryption and firewalls protect the privacy and security of your transactions.
How to access the service
Powered by TELUS, the payment portal is accessible through a dedicated link on our online banking sign in page. Look for the “Business Tax Payment and Filing Service” link.
You sign in using a service-specific Payment and Filing Service (PFS) User ID and temporary password. TELUS will email both to you after your enrollment is processed. You’ll be prompted to change the temporary password the first time you sign in – and we strongly recommend you do so.
How to enrol for the service
If you already have a Canadian-dollar Business Advantage Account or Manulife One for Business: complete the enrollment form – be sure to read and accept the associated fees, terms, and conditions. Save your completed form. Then, sign into online banking and use the “Upload Documents” feature to send it to Manulife Bank.
If you’re opening a new Business Advantage Account: check off the Tax Payment and Filing Service enrollment option on your application form. Manulife Bank will process your enrollment along with your application.
If you’re opening a new Manulife One for Business Account: complete and return the Tax Payment and Filing Service enrollment form included in your credit application package.

You must have a Business Advantage Account or Manulife One for Business mortgage in order to file taxes and pay provincial or federal government agencies using our business tax payment and filing service. Personal account holders are not eligible for the service and already have access to an extensive list of bill payees through online and mobile banking – you may find that the agency you wish to pay is already on that list.
