To cancel or change your itinerary, we encourage all travelers to consult their travel supplier for terms and conditions before opening a claim. For the most up-to-date information on the Coronavirus outbreak, it's important to consult public safety guidelines such as the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Government of Canada, Travel and Tourism.
As the volume of travel assistance requests has significantly increased, we encourage you to submit your individual Manulife travel insurance claim, on our online portal or on our TravelAid mobile app.
If you have Emergency Travel Assistance and/or Trip Cancellation benefits through your Group Benefits plan and you have questions, check out our FAQ or call Allianz Global Assistance at 1 800-265-9977 in Canada or the U.S. (see your benefits card for phone numbers in other countries). Please note, Allianz is experiencing a high volume of calls due to Coronavirus so you may experience delays.
